Goods Receipt
Receiving goods takes, on average, 72 hours from the time the goods arrive at the port until the goods are available for sale. We perform the following functions in order to complete the Goods Receipt process:
  • Input order into the databases.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies and truckers.
  • Prepare, print and pay for all forms required by the government.
  • Pay for all the services required to bring the goods from the ports to the warehouse.
  • Unload the goods at the warehouse.
  • Verify and reconcile physical inventory received with supplier's invoice.
  • Prepare insurance survey reports for insurance companies.
  • Pallet re-stacking
  • Label incoming goods
  • Store goods in warehouse
  • Generate and send inventory reports
Storage of Goods
The storage process includes, but is not limited to, the following :
  • Store items on racks, pallets, floor or other methods required.
  • Perform cyclical inventory counts.
  • Continual housekeeping and housekeeping logs.
  • Move goods on a FIFO basis.
  • Generate customized inventory reports.
  • Goods are guarded under 24 hour surveillance and security guards.
  • Web page provided for inventory control based on our WMS system
Inventory Control
Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) handles cycle counts for fast moving items. Complete inventory reports are available on our website 24/7.
  • Audit reports for cycle counts, wall to wall, and spot checks among others.
  • Detailed balance by location
  • Electronic Audit balances
  • Historical control of movements
  • Generating reports, exportable to Excel or PDF
  • Management attributes per item
  • Management of alternate codes and descriptions for each country.
Goods Dispatch
We dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving the order by performing the following activities :
  • Process sales order and document special instructions.
  • Pick, pack and verify goods.
  • Invoice orders.
  • Prepare, organize and distribute government documents (Import/Export Permits, Customs Documentation, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Analysis).
  • Pay for forms and government documents.
  • Pay for freight charges.
  • Communicate dispatch details to client (ETA, Shipping Line/Air Line).
  • Send original invoices and related documents to buyer.
Order Fulfillment
Order fulfilment includes, but is not limited to, the following :
  • Palletizing
  • Stretch Wrapping
  • Tagging
  • Packing
  • Re-packing / re-boxing
  • Bubble Wrap
  • Strapping / banding / plastic & metal
  • Pick, pack and kitting assembly
  • Samples
